DESCRIPTION OF CLINICAL PRACTICE
In my practice I see primarily adult and young adult individuals and couples. My work focuses on depth and mindfulness in the process of therapy. I consider myself an "integrative therapist" bringing together transpersonal, psychodynamic and hakomi /experiential/ mindfulness-based therapy. I have also studied EMDR, art therapy, and sand tray. Clients often come to me at a time of transition in their lives.

VIPASSANA/MEDITATION BACKGROUND
I have been part of the vipassana community since the mid-1970's. I have attended many retreats regularly since that time studying with a wide range of teachers. I currently serve on the Spirit Rock Board and several committees.

RELEVANT CLINICAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
I have taken Hakomi trainings, EMDR ; I usually take a variety of daylong trainings each year.
