DESCRIPTION OF CLINICAL PRACTICE

Areas of clinical specialty include mid-life transition, all aspects of change, grief and loss, and challenges of caregiving for a person with serious illness. As a long-time student of mindfulness, I deeply value this practice for my own growth and for the dimensions it brings to my work with clients.

VIPASSANA/MEDITATION BACKGROUND

I have practiced vipassana since 1980 including 1 or 2 retreats a year and one three month course at the Insght Meditation Canter in Barre. I have lived and worked on staff at the Center in Barre for one year.
