I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. That is achieved by providing services over a wide range of human problems where several areas of life may be affected. In a comfortable, private and supportive atmosphere, you will be offered a highly personalized approach tailored to your individual needs and objectives. My main goal is to help each client attain the personal growth he or she is striving for--both for themselves and for the relationships they consider important.

VIPASSANA/MEDITATION BACKGROUND
Formally meditating for 7 years. I have over 30 days of residential retreats and numerous one-day retreats with with Gil Fronsdal, Shaila Catherine, Richard Shankman, Andrea Fella, Thanissaro Bhikkhu, Ajahn Amaro, Bhikkhu Bodi and others.


RELEVANT CLINICAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Over 25 years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy practice.
12 years of direct experience with hospital based addiction treatment.
16 years of study in Classical Adlerian Psychotherapy with Henry Stein, Ph.D.
Certificates in Classical Adlerian Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy.
Masters in Mental Health Counseling.
