I provide a therapy experience that is safe, supportive, and collaborative; one that facilitates exploration of the experiences that have shaped your life while helping you to open to a freer sense of yourself and a more skillful way of relating to others. My treatment approach is effective for depression, anxiety, life changes, relationship and social difficulties, grief and loss, as well as chemical behavioral addictions. As a lawyer of 17 years, I also have a sub-specialty working with lawyers on issues such as stress, burnout, and depression. VIPASSANA MEDITATION EXPERIENCE Daily sitting practice since 2006 and two residential retreats per year since 2014. RELEVANT CLINICAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE My training and experience is influenced by contemporary relational psychoanalytic theory and affective neuroscience, as well as Buddhist theories of mind and mindfulness practices.
