In our busy world, having some regular time to spend with your inner world is a necessity. Learning to listen to your body, your emotions and your mind is an important skill set that will help you navigate through your life. Levels of change are always possible. I would like to help you on that path. I support the exploration of your life using various techniques including meditation, Somatic Experiencing, Bodydynamics, EMDR, Gendlin Focusing, CBT, energy work and Vedic astrology. Over the past twenty years, I've worked with clients who were experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, addictions, chronic pain and relationship issues. Most were helped within a short period of time, and consequently only periodically check in when needed. I've been seeing some clients off and on for nearly 15 years; when they are going through something challenging, they come, get refocused and then continue living their lives. VIPASSANA/MEDITATION BACKGROUND I have been meditating for 25 years. I have done 5-10 day retreats regularly at SRMC or with Zen teacher Adyashanti for the past 15 years.
